How Much Easter Candy Can I Eat?

Happy Easter boys and girls! I'm sure you all have your basket full of candy this Sunday morning and are wondering to yourselves just how much splurging you can do? Well I’m here to tell you, don’t get yourself sick, but don’t worry too much about what you eat today. Putting things into perspective, if you’ve just started getting into shape, or getting back into shape, one day of chocolate eggs and marshmallow bunnies won’t knock you off track. If you’ve been training hard for a month or longer, heck you deserve it! Enjoy your reward. Of course I expect you guys and gals to be back at it tomorrow. Later this evening I’ll be posting day three’s workout.
